| Carrera Construction, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Kentucky in 1989, and started operation in Covington, Kentucky doing fast-paced tenant finish projects. Over time, we grew and expanded our experience to include new building construction and building renovations, up to an approximate value of $3,000,000. Currently we have an annual volume of approximately $7,000,000. |

| In 2002, Carrera Construction purchased and renovated a building on Spring Grove Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio to be our office and warehouse. This allowed us to relocate our operations to a more central location so we can better serve the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. In addition to our local projects, we have also successfully completed projects in Columbus, Ohio and Frankfort, Kentucky. While we are willing to travel to help our clients, we prefer to focus within a 120 mile radius of Cincinnati. |
